My path into massage therapy began with my mother’s debilitating migraines. Watching someone I love struggle with chronic pain lit a fire in me to understand the body more deeply and to help others reclaim comfort, balance, and joy in their everyday lives. That early experience shaped the heart of my work: creating a space where the nervous system can finally exhale.

I hold a BAS degree and specialize in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including La Stone Therapy, Sports Massage, lymphatic techniques, and other integrative approaches. Blending science with intuition, I focus on restoring ease in the body while supporting long‑term wellness.

The human body fascinates me — its resilience, its intelligence, and the way it constantly works to bring us back into harmony. That curiosity fuels my practice and keeps me committed to ongoing learning.

Outside the treatment room, I lift weights as a way to support longevity and process stress. Strength training keeps me grounded, balanced, and connected to the same principles I encourage in my clients: mindful movement, resilience, and care for the body as a whole.

My intention is simple: to help you feel at home in your body again.
